Pastoral Manager

Scale G - actual starting salary: £20,963 per annum

Permanent post, 37 hours per week, term time plus two weeks

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Pastoral Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will provide a child-centred and personalised learning environment that is responsive to individual needs and circumstances. You will lead and manage student behaviour and welfare across your House, and provide support to all students to ensure they receive high quality pastoral care throughout their time at CNS in order to overcome personal barriers and raise aspirations.

You will be an excellent team player, able to demonstrate experience of liaising with parents over routine pastoral matters and making referrals when necessary. You will also have experience of working in an environment where students experience social, emotional and behavioural problems that give cause for serious concern. Previous experience in a similar role, or similar environment or setting, is essential.

Pastoral Manager Job Description

Data Manager

Scale H - actual starting salary: £25,039 per annum

Permanent post, 35 hours per week, all year round

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Data Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will develop, oversee and maintain a data/information strategy to support the School's development plan through the provision of accurate data, analysis of data and preparation of complex reports and returns.

You will be solution focused, calm under pressure and demonstrate an attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a similar role in a secondary school would be an advantage.
