I am having problems accessing the CNS-Gateway. How can I get help?
Please send an email to support@cns-school.org stating:
Your username
The web browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox...)
The operating system you are using (Windows XP, Mac OS X...)
The exact nature of the problem (can't read emails, can't access My Documents, can't log on at all...)
If you don’t find an answer to your question, please contact the main office.
