In September 2010 the main school will be divided into 5 Houses where the House Leaders will be responsible for managing student progress. The post of Deputy Head: Post 16 is a result of the promotion of a senior member of staff to another school and the resulting re-structuring of roles and responsibilities. The Governing Body is looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of teaching and learning and a track record of school improvement at Post 16 along with experience of strategic leadership and management of whole school initiatives. We are a good school in the historic city of Norwich that is always aiming higher. |
