Work Related Learning Co-ordinator - Closing date 7 July 2008
Local Government Scale 5, 37 hours per week, term time plus four weeks (£17216 - £18881)
Work Related Learning is an important part of the CNS curriculum for all of our students, especially 14-19. The person we’re looking for enjoys working with and getting the best from young people. He or she is a natural networker and will have the confidence to represent CNS with employers, businesses and with other providers of learning. Experience of business, management and team-working are all important to the job.


 

Chemistry Technician - Closing date 7 July 2008
Local Government Scale 4, 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (£14334 - £15976)
We need an experienced Science Technician to join our existing support team. You will have a good knowledge of Chemistry, a good understanding of laboratory Health and Safety and be a good communicator. A second science would be an advantage, as we have a team based approach to technical support at CNS. You will be based in a new building with six new Chemistry laboratories and specially designed prep room and chemical store.


 

Food Technology Technician - Closing date 7 July 2008
Local Government Scale 3, 25 hours per week, term time plus one week (£8659 - £9298)
We’d like to appoint a Food Technology Technician to join our support team. You will have a range of practical skills to support the Food Technology areas. You will organise resources, prepare materials for lessons and maintain teaching areas to a high standard.


 

Attendance and Communications Administrator - Closing date 15 July 2008
37 hours per week, term time plus 1 week - Salary (Scale 4):£13,985 - £15,587 pa
An efficient, highly literate Administrator with good ICT skills is needed to join our busy Operations Team. The team provides a high quality administrative service that supports students' learning in areas such as exams, data, cover and attendance. The new colleague will administer various aspects of attendance monitoring, alongside our Attendance Support Worker, as well as edit and maintain up to date school publications and information in the electronic Gateway.
