September 2024 will mark a change in Initial Teacher Education for all ITE providers, trainees and schools.
A new set of quality requirements are now in place, to strengthen quality standards, meaning trainees will now receive an evidence-based training curriculum, and improved monitoring support. To accommodate this change, Ormiston’s current ITT provider- the OAKs, will be entering into a new partnership with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) and will evolve into Ormiston Teacher Training.
