Teenage sleep - parent information

This event is all about teenagers and their sleep patterns and will cover :

  1. How much sleep does my child need?
  2. Why do they go to bed so late?
  3. How can I help them sleep?

Staff from the Norwich Mental Health Support Team will be delivering the session. This will be an informal chat and there will be the chance to ask questions.
