We would like to apologise for the technical issues that many of you have been experiencing since the start of term regarding online payments that have not been feeding through to your child’s Cashless Catering accounts. This was due to a technical issue with students Unique Pupil Number’s which appears to have been resolved.
We are also experiencing a large number of instances where students do not have any money on their accounts to purchase food. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all parents/carers that our canteen is completely cashless and that student accounts need to be topped up either online through Parentpay, or at one of the cash loaders situated throughout the school, before your child attempts to make purchases.
