CNS will be supporting Safer Internet Day 2019 which will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 5th February.

Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre the celebration will see hundreds of organisations get involved and join a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively.

The campaign encourages young people to explore how the internet works, who owns the information that is shared on it, and how they can actively take ownership of digital spaces. 

There will be a range of activities over the week in assemblies and tutor time and students will be shown a video from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) which deals with how children can be exploited online.  The video can viewed here:
