Headteacher's Message, Friday 10th January 2020
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and a very Happy New Year; may I wish you and your family my very best wishes for 2020. The new year is an opportunity for reflection, resolve and setting goals and as we begin a new term, I look forward to our students aiming high, setting goals and contributing to the CNS community.
Term has begun positively with the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Evening on Tuesday and Year 11 Parents Evening last night. It was lovely to see so many parents and students at both excellent events. Events like these are a reminder of how hard our students work and how critical parental support is for our students’ success. Strong communication between home and school with reinforcement of messages at home has a dramatic effect on student attitudes and achievement and I appreciate your support in achieving this.
I hope you have a good weekend and enjoy whatever you have planned.
